Alex W Pariente, Former EVP of Marketing of Wynn Las Vegas LLC
Alex is an International executive with more than 20 years of leadership performance and career development in the Entertainment and Hospitality Industry. Through the course of his career he has participated in the opening of 5 Star Resorts in Latin America, Europe and USA and built strategic alliances and cross marketing initiatives with Airlines, luxury brands and Media.
Alex has been a member of the Wynn Resorts family since the inception of the company and has been a pre-opening team member of both Wynn and Encore Las Vegas achieving 5 stars Forbes and 5 Diamonds recognitions.
Prior to serving as an EVP of Casino Marketing he served as SVP of International Marketing at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas where he was transferred after successfully opening and running the Marketing Strategy for the Conrad Resort & Casino for Caesars Entertainment as an Executive Director.
Michael Reagan- EVP and GC at Kahala Corporation
Michael Reagan is the Executive Vice-President & General Counsel of Kahala Corp., one of the world’s largest multi-brand quick service restaurant franchisors with over $1.3 billion in system wide sales. In this role, Mr. Reagan oversees all aspects of the franchising and associated support services for the companies and their 3,500 units, including over 600 units outside of the United States.
Kahala’s brands include Cold Stone Creamery, BLIMPIE Subs, Taco Time, Great Steak & Potato, and Samurai Sam’s Teriyaki Grill. Since joining Kahala in 2000, Mr. Reagan has been a part of the executive team that helped grow the company from 80 units to its current size and raised more than $200m in private financing that was utilized for the acquisitions of its various restaurant brands.

A successful executive with over 20 years of exceptional results in the Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods and Hospitality Industries Bruce Miller, MBA has delivered results in both top-line sales and bottom-line profit for big brands such as Kahlua, Uncle Ben’s, Whiskas Cat Food, Montana’s Restaurant, and Campbell’s Soup.
Bruce has worked and led large teams at multi-national corporations such as Mars Inc. (formerly Effem/Masterfoods) and Allied Domecq Spirits & Wines.
Bruce most recently has experience as a entrepreneur by purchasing a small region restaurant brand, The WORKS Gourmet Burger Bistro; and successfully transitioning the business to the new franchising model where he has grown it from $8 million to $33 million in just 3 years.
